Arcspray Galvanising
This is a versatile process which melts zinc, or zinc alloy metals, and then rapidly propels the molten particles onto a prepared surface or substrate, creating a uniform coating customized to your environment. It is a highly effective and proven method of corrosion prevention, giving a galvanic coating as well as a barrier coating protection to iron and steel.
The surface of the hot metal and arcspray permits excellent adhesion of sealers and top coats. The effect of this combination is a synergistic coating system which will protect the underlying steel.
